Staying Ahead

As much as I would like to stop and enjoy the scenery, one of the key components of working on the race is getting from one location to the next.  On top of that, I need to make sure I am at the Pit Stop before any of the teams arrive.  Sometimes, we’ll be at locations that are not in close proximity, and then it’s time to start getting a little stressed about how close the teams are to reaching the Pit Stop.

Recently, we had this really nice shot at a waterfall…

However, this location was quite a distance from the parking lot so it literally became a race to get to the Pit Stop before the teams.  Luckily, I got my Nike Air Max kicks on so you know I was able to reach the final destination before any of the teams showed up!
